Mindfulness Board Game – SoulQuest

A New Way to Play

What if playing wasn’t about winning or beating anyone? What if the purpose was simply to connect, to notice, and to be present with others?

Welcome to SoulQuest, a Mindfulness Board Game where every roll, every card, and every turn is a step on your mindfulness journey.

Picture this: a quiet evening, a table set with a few friends, family, or even new companions. Soft music drifts in the background, creating a calm, welcoming space.

Four player tokens rest on the corners of a board that feels part map, part meditation. You roll a single D6 die. It clicks gently on the table, then comes to rest.

Move your token one circle at a time, in whichever direction feels natural. No fixed path, no finish line, just space to explore and enjoy.

When your turn ends, notice the colour beneath your piece. It invites you to pick a card and read aloud.

• Quest Cards inspire small, mindful actions, little steps towards presence and awareness.
• Reflection Cards guide introspection with thoughtful prompts and insights.

As you play, this Mindfulness Board Game creates space for a different kind of connection. Laughter mixes with calm. Conversations deepen. Genuine connections form.

There’s no pressure to win or lose. Each turn is a chance to be present, each card a moment of reflection, and every dice roll a step towards awareness.

Ultimately, everyone benefits, and the true winner is the shared experience. SoulQuest is a Mindfulness Board Game designed to bring people together through meaningful moments, mindful play and a little time away from the usual distractions.
