SHIPPING

 

MUGS

 

Mugs are packed in a cardboard 'mug box' to ensure their safe arrival and sent via Royal Mail, usually taking around 5-7 days to arrive from the date of your order (excluding weekends).

 

POSTERS

Prints are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a strong cardboard triangular tube.  Dispatched by Royal Mail and should usually arrive with you within 7 days of ordering. All of the packaging used is plastic-free, too!

 

TOTE BAGS

 

Tote bags are sent in weather-proof postal mailing bags. They are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC certification. The paper is both compostable and degradable, and paper mailers can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option.

 

ORNAMENTS

Ornaments are wrapped in layers of tissue paper and placed in a sturdy cardboard. Shipped by Royal Mail tracked delivery and should arrive with you within 7 days of placing the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

Customers must send a dated photo showing the damage. Once verified, a full refund or replacement is issued. No physical return is required.

 

Other Issues / Change of Mind

If your order is correct and undamaged, refunds aren’t available, even if you change your mind. Customers are responsible for ensuring photos clearly show the issue for verification. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for any other reason. If an item is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect postage address was provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a £1.50 handling charge.
