DELIVERY TIMES

Every physical product is made to order just for you. It takes 3 working days to make, then goes out by tracked post:

• UK: 2–5 working days (usually 5–8 working days in total)
• USA: 5–7 working days (usually 8–10 working days in total)
• Europe and rest of the world: 6–21 working days (usually 9–24 working days in total)

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Party printables are instant downloads, so there’s no wait at all.

PACKAGING

MUGS

Mugs are packed in a cardboard mug box to make sure they arrive safely.

WALL ART

Wall art is wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into a strong cardboard triangular tube. All of the packaging is plastic-free, too!

TOTE BAGS

Tote bags are sent in weather-proof postal mailing bags. They are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC certification. The paper is both compostable and degradable, and paper mailers can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option.

ORNAMENTS

Ornaments are wrapped in layers of tissue paper and packed in a sturdy cardboard box.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Damaged or Faulty Items

Customers must send a dated photo showing the damage. Once verified, a full refund or replacement is issued. No physical return is required.

Other Issues / Change of Mind

If your order is correct and undamaged, refunds aren’t available, even if you change your mind. Customers are responsible for ensuring photos clearly show the issue for verification. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for any other reason. If an item is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect postage address was provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a £1.50 handling charge.
