We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If your order is affected, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product and issuing a refund or replacement. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for any other reason. If an item is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect postage address was provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a £1.50 handling charge.

Mugs are packed in a cardboard 'mug box' to ensure their safe arrival and sent via Royal Mail, usually taking around 5-7 days to arrive from the date of your order (excluding weekends).

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details. Craforb will not be held responsible for any additional charges.
